By accessing or using LIVE2LIFE-Health_WK, LIVE2LIFE-GGO_Tracker, LIVE2LIFE-BOX_Pro, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LIVE2LIFE-Health_WK is an AI-powered health management platform consisting of:

  • LIVE2LIFE-GGO_Tracker — a mobile application for patients to record health indicators, track lung nodules, and receive AI-generated health insights.
  • LIVE2LIFE-BOX_Pro — an edge-deployed clinical workstation for healthcare professionals to manage GGN follow-up, analyze DICOM images, and monitor patient health trends.
  • Cloud API — authentication and data synchronization services.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Healthcare professionals are responsible for verifying AI-generated recommendations against their own clinical judgment.

4. Medical Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS AN AI-ASSISTED TOOL AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR ADVICE. Content generated by the Service is for informational and decision-support purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider. Do not disregard or delay professional medical advice because of information provided by the Service. In case of medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

The Service has not been evaluated or cleared by any regulatory body (including but not limited to FDA, NMPA, CE). Medical device classification is pending assessment.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its software, algorithms, knowledge graph, and clinical guideline engine, is owned by LIVE2LIFE medtech.
  • Users retain all rights to their health data.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's underlying models or algorithms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIVE2LIFE medtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to missed follow-up appointments, delayed diagnosis, or adverse health outcomes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith, and failing that, through the competent courts of Shanghai.
