1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LIVE2LIFE-Health_WK and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Access to the Service is open to all users worldwide, subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any use that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the Service's intended function.

2. Description of Service

LIVE2LIFE-Health_WK is an AI-powered personalized health platform consisting of:

  • LIVE2LIFE-GGO_Tracker — An on-device application for health tracking, follow-up and AI insights.
  • LIVE2LIFE-BOX_Pro — An edge AI PoC Hub for lesion monitoring, intervention recording & follow-up, DICOM analysis and clinical decision support.
  • LIVE2LIFE-Lakebase_API — A secure interface for authentication, synchronization and profile services.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Healthcare professionals are responsible for verifying AI-generated recommendations against their own clinical judgment.
  • Healthcare professionals are responsible for the security and confidentiality of patient data stored locally on their devices and AI PoC Hub.

4. Medical Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS AN AI-ASSISTED TOOL AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR ADVICE. Content generated by the Service is for informational and decision-support purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider. Do not disregard or delay professional medical advice because of information provided by the Service. In case of medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

The Service has not been evaluated or cleared by any regulatory body (including but not limited to FDA, NMPA, CE).

5. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including but not limited to its software, algorithms, models, knowledge graphs, clinical databases, documentation, design, branding, and any derivative works thereof, is the exclusive intellectual property of LIVE2LIFE.LTD. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service are reserved and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
  • Users retain all rights to their health data.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's underlying models or algorithms.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LIVE2LIFE.LTD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIVE2LIFE.LTD shall not be liable, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, missed follow-up, delayed diagnosis, or adverse health outcomes. LIVE2LIFE.LTD's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium features (e.g., LIVE2LIFE-Pro) are offered as paid subscriptions. This section governs all paid subscriptions.

  • Payment provider: Subscription payments may be processed by our designated third-party payment provider. The specific legal entity you contract with for payment is determined by your location and is shown on your receipt and in the provider's applicable checkout terms. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to the payment provider's terms and privacy policy applicable at checkout. We do not collect, store, or process your full payment credentials.
  • Plans and pricing: We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. The applicable price for your plan is the price displayed at the time of purchase (before applicable taxes). We may introduce new plans or adjust prices from time to time in accordance with the price-change notice below.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us, through the designated payment provider, to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method on each renewal.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you will retain paid access until that period ends. To cancel, use the subscription settings within the app, the payment provider's customer portal, or the relevant platform controls for the purchase method you used. Managing recurring payments with our provider (or your platform) will stop future renewals.
  • Refunds: We offer refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. For subscriptions activated via manual transfer (WeChat Pay / Alipay), we handle refund requests directly. If a subscription was purchased through a designated third-party payment provider, that provider's refund policy may also apply. Please contact us (see Section 11) for refund requests.   • Price changes: If we change the price of your subscription, we will provide notice in advance (at least 30 days before the new price takes effect on a renewal). You may cancel before the change takes effect to avoid the new price.
  • Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment succeeds. Suspension will not affect your own health data, which remains stored locally on your device.

8. Termination

LIVE2LIFE.LTD may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request account deletion by emailing us. Prior to termination, we encourage you to export your data through the Service's export feature. The following sections shall survive termination: 4 (Medical Disclaimer), 5 (Intellectual Property), 6 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Governing Law), and 11 (Contact).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, you and LIVE2LIFE.LTD agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the company's registered address.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available here, shown by the "Last updated" date above. By continuing to use the Service after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes in advance.
